Delivery charges for orders?

we offer made to order bed and mattresses only, Each product require few working days from order to delivery

FREE Shipping Within England & Wales and Part of Scotland. However Following Postcode require and Extra Charge or No Shipping Service.

How long will delivery take?

Delivery Time is 3 to 7 Working Business days from Order Date.

Please Note: This timing does not apply if you have requested a FABRIC Swatch.

What exactly happens after ordering?

Once an order is placed on our website with a specific fabric, and choice of colour we will be in touch with you , Please make sure you check your junk or spam folder and add Sleep Vendors in to your safe list in order to get updates.

If you have requested a fabric swatch, we will be sending to your address to confirm your fabric.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Your Chosen payment processing platform gives you option to download a digital invoice. However if you require a separate paper invoice from us do let us know , we can print and send you one with your delivery. 

Can i get my bed same day?

We only offer Bespoke beds and mattresses. However do stock beds and other furniture of various suppliers across England & Wales, In both cases it is not possible to have your bed at the vary same day .Bespoke Orders require up to 7 business Days from order to Delivery. 

What is a Wishlist ?

Wishlist of a product you wanted to purchase , Adding in to your Wishlist and subscribing to our newsletter will notify you when your wish listed products is on offer.

When the order payment is taken of my bank account?

We offer Payment With PayPal as well as other direct credit or debit card payments, In most cases Payments are instant from any bank however it can take up to 24hrs to show on your bank statement . Please refer to your payment service provider. 

What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

You have to notify us any damages straight after receiving your order.

We offer one Year Manufacturing warranty on all of our products* and a 6 months payment protection.  

What is ``package tracking`` in my orders?

we do offer an online tracking service to track your parcel online. 

Since its a white glove two man shipping service, Information is for our online records. 

Can I change or cancel my order?

Cancelations straight after order is possible however once the product is in manufacturing its not possible to cancel the order, In that case there will be a Restock Surcharge.
